you'll learn
The ALDI Graduate Program is the entry point to becoming an ALDI success story. In the first year you’ll learn about all aspects of our business, including store operations, logistics, property management, finance and administration, I.T. and purchasing.
you'll travel
We have four regional head offices in Minchinbury NSW, Prestons NSW, Derrimut VIC and Stapylton QLD. During your first year, you will be dividing your time between the head office nearest to you and many stores within your state.
you'll develop
In your first year, you’ll get a sense of ALDI from the ground up through hands-on experience. You’ll have mentors who will guide you through all your responsibilities, which will include recruitment, planning and organisation for a group of ALDI stores. You will also have the opportunity to run your own store - it will be hard work but rewarding.
you'll manage
In your second year at ALDI, you’ll be assigned your own portfolio of stores to manage within your state. You’ll put all the skills you’ve learnt in your first year into practice. You’ll take ownership of your portfolio and make decisions within your area of responsibility.
you’ll juggle
Time management is a must. You’ll learn how to juggle travel, store visits, delivering of reports, monitoring of store performance and staff development, sometimes all at once.
you'll progress
Because we promote and nurture from within, most of our Directors have had work experience in different parts of the organisation. Within 5 years, a combination of your performance and the right skills could see you on the fast track to a salary of over $128,000 p.a. Not bad hey?
you'll be rewarded
We reward achievements with well above average pay, extraordinary packages and job security. Starting salary in the ALDI Graduate Program is over $84,000 plus a fully expensed company car and 5 weeks annual leave. At the end of the program you’ll progress to a salary of over $128,000 p.a. How far you go up the food chain after that is totally up to you.
